German theosophist, occultist, geomancer, astrologer, author and doctor Franz Hartmann (1838-1912) presents his treatise on the use of Geomancy, utilizing punctuation or a series of dots and lines for divination purposes. Hartmann has been described as "one of the most important theosophical writers of his time", authoring several books on occult and esoteric studies. He was at one time a co-worker of Helena Blavatsky at Adyar, and in 1896 he founded a German Theosophical Society. Chapters include:
